Evette Quiles
Evette has been part of APRCC’s work since 2009, helping guide festivals, pageants, fundraising, and scholarship efforts with heart and purpose. Her service is rooted in family, Puerto Rican pride, and a commitment to making sure our culture remains a living, joyful presence in Aurora.
Lisa Morales
Lisa brings a steady heart for service and education to APRCC. As a proud Puerto Rican and longtime member of the Aurora community, she is passionate about uplifting families, building connections, and creating spaces where culture and community feel like home.
Toni Ocasio
Toni brings organization, care, and quiet strength to APRCC’s board work. With family roots in Bayamón and Guaynabo, she is proud to support the events, fundraising, and everyday acts of service that keep our heritage visible and our community connected.
Jennifer Valdovinos
Jennifer is a proud Aurora native whose work in healthcare has shaped her deep commitment to compassion, advocacy, and service. As Treasurer, she brings that same care to APRCC, helping support a mission centered on culture, kindness, and the next generation.
Sandra Torres
Sandra’s leadership is grounded in family, dependability, and love for her community. A lifelong Aurora resident, she brings years of service to APRCC and helps create events where Puerto Rican tradition, food, music, and pride can be shared across generations.
Jalitza Martinez
Jalitza brings warmth, confidence, and cultural pride to APRCC’s pageant program. Her work helps young people feel seen, supported, and connected to their roots while growing as leaders who carry our traditions forward.
Ronald Rodriguez
Ronald helps lead APRCC’s pageant program with a calm, supportive presence and a strong commitment to youth leadership. He is proud to help create experiences where confidence, culture, and Boricua pride can shine.
Lynda White-Jimenez
Lynda has served APRCC since 2010, bringing creativity, advocacy, and a deep belief in cultural connection. Her work has supported pageant leadership, youth mentorship, and community programs that bring people together through pride, service, and shared heritage.
Jaydee Rivera
Jaydee brings big energy, a generous spirit, and a true “life of the party” presence to APRCC. With roots in Aurora and Cayey, Puerto Rico, she supports events, festival work, and volunteer activities with the kind of joy that makes community feel like familia.
Mona Oliva
Mona brings warmth, service, and community pride to APRCC’s board. She supports the council’s work with a love for culture, family, and the traditions that keep Boricua heritage alive and thriving in Aurora.
