Thank you for your interest in vending at Aurora’s Puerto Rican 54th Heritage Festival. Vendor applications for the 2026 festival are now closed. Approved vendors help bring food, artesanias, merchandise, community resources, and Boricua pride to Wilder Park.

Important Vendor Information
Food Vendors
Approved food vendors must have required City of Aurora and Kane County Health permits, insurance, and any applicable fire inspection completed before festival day.
Retail & Community Vendors
Approved vendors should follow APRCC setup instructions, arrive on time, keep tents properly weighted, and remain open through the end of the festival.
What Vendors Need
All vendors: Completed application, payment submitted, and APRCC approval required.
Food vendors: City of Aurora permit, Kane County Health permit, and insurance are required.
Insurance: Food vendors must carry $1M / $2M insurance coverage.
Major food vendors: Fire inspection required.
Setup Times & Rules
Setup Times
- Major vendors: 6:30 AM
- All other vendors: 9:00 AM
- No entry after 11:30 AM
Important Rules
- No soda, water, or alcohol sales
- No styrofoam or glass
- Tents must be weighted
- Vendors must stay until the event ends
