Help vendors find information, connect with APRCC contacts, and keep vendor areas organized.
Family Activities

Good to Know
No prior experience required. Volunteers should be ready to help with a positive attitude and follow direction from APRCC leads.
Age guidance: Volunteers should be at least 15 years old unless serving with a parent, guardian, or approved group.
Community service hours: APRCC welcomes volunteers completing required service hours. Some festival shifts may qualify, including setup, guest support, grounds care, cleanup, and other event operations. Please share any paperwork or verification needs when signing up so we can match you with an appropriate role.
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, weather-ready clothing, water, and any shift instructions shared by the volunteer coordinator.
How Signup Works
Use the signup form to choose an available shift. APRCC will follow up with any role-specific details, arrival instructions, and check-in information before festival day.
